With over three decades of experience in global software engineering and enterprise systems, he brings a powerful combination of technical depth, ethical clarity, and product‑building expertise that resonates strongly with investors and strategic partners.
His career includes impactful work with institutions such as Bhaba Atomic Research Center, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, and Ramco Systems, followed by the founding of Amitysoft Technologies, known for delivering enterprise‑grade ERP and AI solutions. A pioneer in software quality assurance and measurement, he has shaped industry thinking on dependable and responsible AI.
Jayakumar serves on the International Advisory Council of COSMIC, where he leads the AI Task Force on Managing Innovative AI Projects, influencing global standards for measurable and ethical AI adoption. He holds a Ph.D. from École de Technologie Supérieure – University of Quebec, bringing academic rigor to his leadership.
